Refund

AdCure shall have the right to cancel an order placed for any product/service that is listed at an incorrect price. In case the payment has already been successfully made, the same shall be refunded to the User within 10 working days from the date of cancellation. Such cancellation shall be duly notified to the User in accordance with Clause 6(a)(iv) of the Terms of Use.
After the completion of the 30 day free trial period, the Users shall register by making the subscription payment (“Subscription Charge”) in accordance with the plan of their choice, in order to avail the services provided by AdCure. Such Subscription Charge shall not be refunded to the User under any circumstances.
In the event that the Customer has booked an appointment with the Service Provider, and the Customer cannot adhere to the appointment schedule, the Customer may communicate the same to AdCure in accordance with Clause 13 of the Terms of Use. If such communication has been made to AdCure atleast 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, the entire consultation amount shall be refunded to the User within 10 working days from the date of cancellation. However, if the User communicates his/her intention to cancel the appointment prior to less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment, or the User is unable to show up for the appointment without cancelling the appointment beforehand, the amount shall not be refunded.
In the event that the Customer has booked an appointment with the Service Provider, and the Service Provide does not adhere to the appointment schedule, then the entire consultation amount shall be refunded to the User within 10 working days from the date of the cancellation. However, in the event that the Service Provider is unable to meet the User at the exact time of the scheduled appointment, and the Customer is required to wait for a reasonable period of time for genuine reasons, then the Customers shall not be entitled for any refund.
In the event that the Service Providers have acted in contravention of any terms and conditions of any of the AdCure policies, including but not limited to Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, etc, AdCure shall provide complete refund to the Customers, subject to investigation undertaken by AdCure. However, if the cancellation is due to any act or omission or unreasonable behavior of the Customer, such Customer shall not be entitled to any refund. In such instances, AdCure at its discretion is entitled to pursue any course of action, legal or otherwise.
In the event that the Customers have placed orders for products on AdCure, and the Customers desire to modify or cancel the order, they may do so by communicating to AdCure in accordance with Clause 13 of the Terms of Use. However this can only be done before the order has been shipped. If the Customers seek to modify or cancel the order after it’s been shipped, they may communicate the same to AdCure. AdCure will take all reasonable measures to ensure that the Customers are satisfied with the Services. However the delivery charges for the first order will not be refunded.
In the event that the Customers have placed orders for a product on AdCure, and the product which is delivered is different from the product that was ordered, AdCure will ensure that ordered product will be re-shipped. If the product isn’t available, the Customer will be entitled to full refund including the delivery charge.
All the amounts that are due to be reimbursed will be refunded into the same account from where payment was made.
