Not with standing anything else contained in the Terms of Use, AdCure or its Employees shall not be responsible or liable for any breach of confidentiality of the User Information or for any action of any of the Third Parties that would’ve received User Information, or for any other breach that are beyond the reasonable control of AdCure, including but not limited to acts of Government bodies, cyber-attacks/hacking, accidental losses, unauthorized access to the Website.

AdCure or its Employees shall not be responsible or liable in any manner to the Users for any losses, damage, injuries or expenses incurred by the Users as a result of any disclosures made by AdCure, especially where the User has consented to the making of disclosures by AdCure. If the User had revoked such consent under the Terms of Use, AdCure shall not be responsible or liable in any manner to the User for any losses, damage, injuries or expenses incurred by the User as a result of any disclosures made by AdCure prior to any requests of revocation made.

The User shall not hold AdCure or its Employees responsible or liable in any way for any disclosures made by AdCure under Regulation 6 of the SPI Rules.

AdCure does not make any representation or warranty about the Website or the Services, except as expressly stated in the Terms of Use. Nothing on the Website is to be deemed as authoritative advice (whether legal, medical, financial etc.) of any kind.

AdCure disclaims all liability arising out of the User's use or reliance upon the Website, the Services, the AdCure Content, representations and warranties made by the Service Providers or the content or information provided by such Service Providers on the Website or any opinion or suggestion given or expressed by AdCure or any other User.

AdCure assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for, any damages to, or viruses that may infect User's equipment on account of User's access to, use of, or browsing the Website or the downloading of any AdCure Content from the Website.

AdCure or its Employees shall not be responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive, and exemplary or any kind of damages, arising from, or relating to the use of, or the inability to use the Website or the AdCure Contents.

AdCure or its Employees shall not be responsible or liable in connection with any content of the Website posted, transmitted, received or generally dealt with, by or on behalf of the User via the Website

AdCure or its Employees shall under no circumstances be liable for failure on the part of Service Providers to provide the agreed products or services. AdCure is not responsible for any unsatisfactory or delayed performance or non-performance or breach of any contract entered into between the Service Providers and the Customers for any reason whatsoever.

AdCure shall not and is not required to mediate or resolve any dispute between the Service Providers and Customers.

AdCure shall not be liable for:
a. Any issue the User may have with the Service Providers;
b. Failure on the part of Service Providers to perform their obligations;
c. Any wrong medication, inappropriate treatment, medical negligence on the part of, or any other inconvenience caused by the Service Providers;
d. Any misconduct or inappropriate behavior by the Service Providers;
e. Cancellation or rescheduling of appointment by the Doctors;
f. Any medical contingencies after purchasing products or availing services of the Service Providers, including but not limited to allergies or other health issues that may be contracted due to medical conditions of Customers which is not in the knowledge of the Service Providers, or which is not due to any gross negligence by the Service Providers.

AdCure does not at any point of time, come into or takes possession of, or gain title to, or have any rights or claims with respect to any of the products/services offered by the Service Providers.

AdCure or its Employees shall not be liable for any errors or omissions, whether on behalf of itself or third parties. AdCure or its Employees shall not be liable for any feedback, rating or comments provided by any of the Users

AdCure or its Employees shall not take any responsibility or liability for malfunctioning or defect in any payment procedure

Notwithstanding performance of obligations under Clause 6(a), AdCure shall not be responsible in any manner for any misrepresentation or inaccurate information provided by the Users to AdCure, if it’s beyond the scope of ordinary diligence to verify the representations and accuracy of the information
